We appreciate the opportunity to review new product lines. We are always looking for new and novel products. We enjoy working with small and large companies. Should we choose to carry your products, we are committed to protecting your brand.

Eldorado has certain manufacturing expectations: In order to protect our retail partners, we require product liability insurance — a minimum of $1,000,000 per incident. We will also need your pledge that no one will be offered a better price.

We also need to know a few things about you:

• We’ll need to know your pricing, including what you plan to charge us, what we should charge our retailers, and what price retailers should sell these items at.
• Will you allow us to sell your products to customers outside the US?
• Are your products regulated in any of the 50 states or internationally?
• Do you have a minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAPP)?
• Do you object to us discounting your products as we see fit?
• Are you in compliance with California Proposition 65 requirements?
• Does your product require FDA certification such as 510(K)?
• Will you provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) on your products should we request them?
• Are you working with any other distributors?
• Are you willing to allow us to be your only distributor?
